Out of Inodes

The disk has plenty of free space, but you can't create any new files! Something is consuming all the available inodes. Find the culprit, clean it up, and prove the system is healthy by creating a file called "fixed.txt" in your home directory. Hint: the problem is hidden somewhere in /tmp.
